SQL was used 20 years ago, why not 20 years from now?

I can't see needing data from 10 years ago, but you never know.

about what happened 150 years ago.

Is "common sense" really valid?
For example, it is "common sense" to white-power racists that
whites are superior to blacks, and that those with brown skins
are mud people.
However, that "common sense" is obviously wrong.
