I had this brief interchange with a user of the GBorg site about
downloading the ODBC drivers. The summary is he is having difficulty
downloading the files using Firefox. Has anyone experienced anything
like this?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the quick reply! Here is the URL that generated the error
message after clicking on the download link:
ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/odbc/versions/full/
surprisingly, the mirrors all had the same problem. Perhaps it is a
problem with firefox on this machine, though I haven't had any other
problems so I'm not sure. This is 1.0 preview release btw.
Thanks again,
Mark Nelson

Mark,
I have gotten a few reports of problems with the ODBC downloads
in
the past but never with Firefox, ussually IE. Could you tell me the
link or URL you were using. Most of the actual ODBC downloads are on
a
different server so it would help to know so I can figure out who to
pass this on to.

Hi there,
I was just trying to download the odbc package for presgresql with
firefox, and I kept getting a "document contains no data" error. I
finally tried windows explorer, and low and behold it worked fine.
I
just wanted to let you know in case other people trying to access
the
site with firefox had problems.
Thanks,
Mark
