import schema - Mailing list pgsql-novice

Hi all: In Dezign 3 I have created an sql schema and saved it
locally. Dezign3 does not export it to an sql db. Is there a
command that will access this schema and import it into Postgres
on our server? Thanks for any help. Juanita
