This is all good news.


 From what I can see, what we need before feature freeze is:

. fsync mods
. SCM code
. finish up pg_ctl (3 issues I am aware of):
  - behaviour of getopt_long
  - interaction with SCM
  - form of startup command under Windows.


Is that right?
