Ok, what I understood is that these particular files are used under
Win32 to generate the help file.
So, which are the "magic" files permitting an index search or a multiple
entry documentation:
I.E.:
pgAdmin III
-->pgAdmin III
-->PostgreSQL 7.4 Documentation
in the help system ? is it coded in the source to detect these
categories or is there a file describing this structure ?
