I'd like to translate messages in JDBC driver but found this comment in
http://developer.postgresql.org/~petere/nlsstatus/po-current/jdbc-ru.po:
Do not use this file for translation work.
# If you want to translate the JDBC driver messages, look at
# src/interfaces/jdbc/org/postgresql/errors_*.properties
So, what is the exact procedure of translation and how to submit
results? Is that procedure different from PO files processing? I don't
have the latest development version.
Format of errors_*.properties looks like UTF-8.
