Hi

1. I did install cygwin setup.exe version 2.249.2.5 in the c:\cygwin
2. Then I did copied cygipc-1.13-2-src.tar into c:\cygwin
3. Added c:\cygwin to PATH
4. From the  Start-> Program Files->Cwywin-> Cygwin Bash shell :
