I just tried to build all of contrib, and it stops at earthdistance.
Looks like this is the cause:
[...] dbmirror \ dbsize \ earthdistance \
# findoidjoins \ fulltextindex \
[...]
The comment on findoidjoins breaks the line continuation, doesn't it?
