The location of the cvs repository recently changed. It is know
accessible as
:pserver:<userid>@cvs.postgresql.org:/cvsroot
Your commandline for an initial login should be:$ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.postgresql.org:/cvsroot login
