I've committed several bug fixes.
Psqlodbc is 7.01.0005 now.
1) Parameter handling patch by Hiroki Kataoka.
This fixes bugs reported by Ludek Finstrle,
Matteo Cavalleri and Johann Zuschlag.
2) Decrease the size of some buffers to avoid
stack overflow error.
3) Fix for bug reports by Andrea Aime and Jan Wieck.
