ODBC changes about parameter handling - Mailing list pgsql-odbc

Hi all,

I've seen several problems about parameter handling
for a month or so.

1) [ODBC] Psqlodbc and Centura: here it is a patch
    posted by Matteo Cavalleli
2) [ODBC] pgsqODBC binding parameters II
    posted by Ludek Finstrle
3) Invalid Page Fault in PSQLODBC.DLL
    personal mail from Johann Zuschlag

Attached is a patch by Hiroki Kataoka which would
solve all these problems.

If there's no objection, I would commit the patch
after the PostgreSQL 7.1 release.

Thanks for Ludek, Matteo and Johann for their
detailed bug reports, suggestions, discussions,
and useful trial patches ....
