PostgreSQL 7.0.x har a row limit of 8KB, and your inserting 10KB :(
PostgreSQL 7.1Beta does not have this limit :)
Download the latest beta, or wait 2-4 weeks (roughly estimated!), when
the stable version is released. The beta is quite stable, though.
