PsqlODBC - Mailing list pgsql-admin

Would you mind answer the question about using  PsqlODBC Driver on WinNT ?

The question is:

I've downloded driver from

  ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/odbc/psqlodbc_download.html

All works fine after I've rebuild the Postgres --with-odbc, except
I can't guess how can I should use

  PsqlKoi8 Translation Dll

On NT (that dll was mentioned at the end of the PsqlODBC download page).
I need such translations.

Could you help me ?
