Cannot load libpgtcl.so in Tcl 8.2.2 - Mailing list pgsql-interfaces

Operating System : RedHat Linux 5.2 i386
PostgreSQL 6.5.2 working fine

Got the latest Tcl/Tk 8.2.2 and compiled it. Everything goes fine.

When I try to load libpgtcl.so in a tclsh I get the following error:

[teo@teo teo]$ /usr/local/bin/tclsh8.2
% load libpgtcl.so
couldn't load file "libpgtcl.so": /usr/local/pgsql/lib/libpgtcl.so:
undefined symbol: PQresStatus 

Compiled again libpgtcl.so and installed it, no change :-(

What could be the problem?
