I had a query from a client on the power of postgres.
I've never run it in a large scale scenario, so I did not have a ready
answer (other than the project is so young it does not matter :)
What I was looking for (and did not find) was
limitations database size maxs (theory and reality)transactions per secondBytes per second
PerformanceThe best I could find was on mysql's pages, but I tend notto trust those. Has anyone else done testing and
comparingofthe different databases?
