I have problem with connecting to pgsql from php3!

I have tried all solutions I could find in the archives.

I have started postmaster with "-i -p 5432".

I have added the following line to pg_hba.conf:

host    all    0.0.0.0    0.0.0.0    trust


What is wrong??????????????
