Hi Byron. There were some patches made to the pgsql/src/interfaces/odbc
source tree on Dec 9 which lost the previous changes we had made to
achieve Unix-compatible code. In particular, misc.h lost the fixes for
the mylog() macro declaration.
I'm worried that other fixes may have been lost also. Did some of the
previous patches we had made get lost, or were you fixing problems that
those patches introduced? I wasn't aware of any problems with the
patches at the time.
How should we coordinate this?
