If you don't know that email headers exist, then there are instructions on the various options to unsubscribe here:

https://lists.postgresql.org/unsubscribe/

You must have been around there to subscribe in the first place

If you look at your email headers, you will see a header called
"List-Unsubscribe:".  That URL will unsubscribe your email address.
