I haven't set up a user group but I was on the board of a user group
(oracle not postgres). I can advertise on my blogs and I know quite
a few techies in town that I can pass the word to.

Not yet but I am hoping I can get something. There are some training
centers as well as community colleges near by.

Thanks for the resources. I will go through them and see who I can
contact. I guess if you can get the mail list set up, I will contact
them after that and give the email subscription info at the same
