Fixed. httpd was not running, I restarted it and things look fine
now. No idea what happened yet, nothing from a quick glance at
the logs gives an indication. Last thing in the httpd logs is:

[Tue Sep 16 02:00:01 2008] [notice] SIGHUP received.  Attempting to restart

P.S. Lots of SQL errors in the pgsql logs however. Is someone
working on something, or is it always like that?
