Since it's just a Perl script, it should be possible to run it in any system where Owl is installed.

Make sure you set up your clusters the same way Debian does it, otherwise the script won't find the them.

The standard way is having the configs in /etc/postgresql/VersionNo/ClusterName and the data directories in /var/lib/postgresql/VersionNo/ClusterName
