Seems likely, although the traffic was for both RPM and Deb format
packages.

Unfortunately we don't log that, and now that I've removed the
virtual host from the DNS, the traffic has just evaporated.  (Still
getting traffic for other mirrors that we still maintain but not
enough to cause the web server to be unable to keep up with incoming
TCP connections.)
