Hi!

I would think that the problem lies exactly as described by the
error-message:

"[...] require Oracle Server 7.2 or later"

PostgreSQL ist not an Oracle-clone, so any tool written specifically for
use with Oracle will almost certainly fail to operate with PostgreSQL as
backend.
