I cant find any combination of exceptions that works

 

Note you have to square bracket ipv6

 

tried

Hmm, OK. It connects to "localhost", but the port number is random for both security reasons and to support multiple users on the same machine.

 

If you disable the proxy server temporarily, does that fix it?
