On page:
- Version: 16
- Platform: RHEL, CentOS, ... 7
- Architecture: x86_64
and it gives "yum install -y postgresql16-server"
which then does not work.
The RHEL7 is rather old, but it isn't quite yet EOL - it will be on 30 June 2024.

So where did you see that claim?
