I get the same error outcome from the main-page login link, which for me is
https://wiki.postgresql.org/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&returnto=Main+Page
Visiting https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Special:UserLogin is an effective
workaround for me.
