The article at https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Apt , for the quick-start has the following commands: sudo apt install -y postgresql-common sudo /usr/share/postgresql-common/pgdg/apt.postgresql.org.sh as postgresql-common is not installed, and the file directory above doesn't exist, should I install as per those above commands ? I would have thought pgadmin4 installation would have included everything though.
