Well, with a zero-byte patch, not very much ...

BTW why do you number with a "0." prefix?  It could just be "4" and "5"
and so on.  There's no value in two-part version numbers for patches.
Also, may I suggest that "git format-patch -vN" with varying N is an
easier way to generate patches to attach?
