include link to lists.p.o from /account - Mailing list pgsql-www

Could I suggest to add a link from: https://www.postgresql.org/account/ to:
https://lists.postgresql.org/

It's not first time that I've looked there first and spent 2 minutes looking
for the link to manage subscripions.
