Description:

Hi,

I am getting below error while installing through StackBuilder 1.3.1.:-

Failed to open the application list:
http://www.postgresql.org/applications-v2.xml
Error: The URL specified could not be opened.
Also what needs to enter into Proxy servers?
The URL is opening from normal browser(IE and Chrome).

Please help what needs to be done?
