Operating system:   CentOS Linux release 7.0.1406 with Dockerfile
Description:

On latest CentOS 7, Command "systemctl' change to 'sysctl'. So if use:
/usr/pgsql-9.4/bin/postgresql94-setup initdb then error:

/usr/pgsql-9.4/bin/postgresql94-setup: line 80: systemctl: command not
found
failed to find PGDATA setting in postgresql-9.4.service
