Description:

The site description to install source list is throwing an error:
ERROR: cannot verify www.postgresql.org’s certificate, issued by
“/C=FR/O=GANDI SAS/CN=Gandi Standard SSL CA”:
  Unable to locally verify the issuer’s authority.

Possible work around will be add the parameter:
--no-check-certificate

Or register the certificate on a valid authority
