Fixed problem with last update about Password as byte[]. Reverted type of Password property of
NpgsqlConnectionStringBuilderto String again. It was changed from String to byte[] which was causing problems with
previousclient code. There is a new property called PasswordAsByteArray for those willing to use the byte[] property.
