Log Message:
-----------
Make CREATE DATABASE safe against losing whole files by fsyncing the
directory and not just the individual files.

Back-patch to 8.1 -- before that we just called "cp -r" and never
fsynced anything anyways.

Modified Files:
--------------
    pgsql/src/port:
        copydir.c (r1.24 -> r1.25)
        (http://anoncvs.postgresql.org/cvsweb.cgi/pgsql/src/port/copydir.c?r1=1.24&r2=1.25)
