Why not?  I'm not making any changes, other then rsync'ng files between 
physical servers ... both are running same kernel, 64bit, etc ... the new 
machine just has ~6x the RAM on it, and 3x the drives ... I'm not 
upgrading the VPS, or changing config files ...
