Description:        ERROR:  cache lookup failed for relation
Details:

ERROR: Cache lookup failed for relation incurred
and we are not able to fire any query for the particular relation any
more(table).

ERROR: Cache lookup failed for relation
even we are not able to delete the particular schema.
