O.k. this is ugly, probably shouldn't be done, and I may be flamed into
oblivion for this but since we aren't using some kind of bug tracker
that will detach the patches etc...
Have we considered a read only imap server with a patches account that
anyone can attach to with their email client to pull patches?
Or, just a web-email interface that would allow someone to download the
attachment?
