That's fair. There is a psql section in the release notes. Why not just
add it there.

Various psql improvements including \d commands for tsearch, \prompt
capability, and better \timing functionality. (Andrew Dunstan, 
Stefan Kaltenbrunner, Tom Lane, Chad Wagner)
