as headers say:
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:majordomo@postgresql.org?body=unsub%20pgsql-bugs>

i would guess the proper way is to send email to majordomo@postgresql.org, with body (not subject) set to:
unsub LISTNAME

important part might be that the mail should be sent from the same email
as the email that is subscribed.

for example:

if you did subscribe using email x@x.com, but then you changed your
email to y@y.net, and you did setup forwarding from x@x.com to y@y.net
- when you'll send unsub request with "from: y@y.net" it will fail.
