View Data Options Filter does not accept latin-9 characters - Mailing list pgadmin-support

The pgAdmin Query tool accepts the following statement:
select * from lexique where orthographe='abbé';
and returns a correct result
The View Data Options Filter rejects the following with an error message :
orthographe='abbé'
