Sorry, I can't find the new version in the ftp
(ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/binary/v8.2.0/linux/rpms/redhat/rhel-es-4).
Nevertheless I tried to download the compat-postgresql-libs in there, but the
same error appear.
