How did you dump and reload?

In 7.4 OIDs were used as column types in tsearch2.  They were changed to 
regprocedure types.  

There is a patch to apply to tsearch2 for 7.4 :

You can also use the sql script I wrote to make mods to your tsearch2 tables 
real time so a dump / reload will work :
