We are pleased to announce that PostgreSQL CE, the PostgreSQL
Certified Engineer program, and the GOLD level exam and qualification
program is now available world wide in English.
In addition to the Silver certification which certifies basic
knowledge about PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL Gold CE certifies advanced
skills on database administrations.
PostgreSQL CE (PostgreSQL Certified Engineer) is a qualification
certification system targeted for engineers involved in PostgreSQL
system development or management, PostgreSQL trainers and
consultants. PostgreSQL CE offers an opportunity for a certified
qualifier to show one's proven skill in managing PostgreSQL database
systems, and offers an evaluation standard that System Integrators and
Information System Departments could rely on. PostgreSQL CE's
certification system is administered by SRA OSS, and the examination
is administered by Pearson VUE.
