Like the bug report that was submitted a few days ago,

I have the same thing for Turkish locale. First I thought that it was a
glibc error but glibc guys guided me here:
http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/long_list.cgi?buglist=1354
So it is PostgreSQL's bug or Glibc's?
