I know that you are working on a pgtranslation project thruogh pgfoundry 
... would it be an idea to maybe setup a 'documentation 
framework/skeleton' that other projects could use to base their docs on?

In fact, just coming to mind, GNUs info documentation ... when I add a new 
GNU product to the server ,it gets 'auto-added' to the main index page, 
and have similar/same formats to give a consistency across different 
pieces of software ...
