Description:        cant start, err 10045
Details:

Inatalling 8.0 or 8.0.1 on Windows XP. Service will not start, error in
pg_log/postgres*

2005-03-02 20:16:48 FATAL:  could not duplicate socket 988 for use in
backend: error code 10045

no firewall and no virus scanner active, Windows XP SP1 (no SP2 yet)
