List pgsql-general
A couple of issues. I went to unsubscribe from one of the many PG
lists to which I'm subscribed so I went to my original confirmation
message and followed the directions. After a couple hours I got a
response that the password I used was not valid (I cut an pasted from
the confirmation message dated 2002-01-10 so it wasn't a typo).

So I went to the web site listed in the confirmation email:
http://webmail.postgresql.org/cgi-bin/mj_wwwusr/domain=postgresql.org
but that just gave me a 404 error.

So I checked the message source on a recent message for informative
headers such as "List-Help:" and "List-Unsubscribe" like are in
messages on some other lists I read. No joy.

So I went to www.postgresql.org and followed the links to:
http://www.postgresql.org/community/lists/subscribe

Unfortunately the available lists drop-down is missing some entries
(hackers, for example) and there is no option to display all lists to
which I've subscribed.

The following would improve the list management usability:

Put something informative at
http://webmail.postgresql.org/cgi-bin/mj_wwwusr/domain=postgresql.org
with advice on how to manage subscriptions that have been transferred
to the new setup along with appropriate links to the new subscription
pages.

Allow someone to enter their email address on the web and see/change
all their list subscriptions on one page.

Add "List-*" headers to the messages.

Cheers,
Steve

P.S. Just how do I unsubscribe from a list on the new system?
