So, a couple reminders per your request:
1) Look into subscribing people who are already mailing list subscribers by
doing database INSERTS instead of using the forum subscription code.
2) We need a "Subscribe Nomail" link somewhere so that people can subscribe to
the forums in an appropriate manner if they don't want to get the e-mails,
either on the forum or on www.postgresql.org/lists. The command is:
'subscribe-set LISTNAME nomail'
