changing the prefix to make the variable named:
'mv_usr_id'
'dv_usr_id'
gives the same error:

ERROR: syntax error at or near "dv_usr_id"
SQL error:
ERROR: syntax error at or near "mv_usr_id"
but 'dvar_usr_id' works?
For now, I'll just use it, but this seems rediculous ......
