I am trying to (for the first time) setup PostgreSQL
on my windows 2000 box. I haev cygwin installed and
running. However, when I give "initdb -D
/usr/local/pgsql/data" command in a cygwin window, I
get an error "initdb failed". Following is the dump on
the screen (when the command is run with -d option):
